Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This position is Open for our Office located in :

JAKARTA – Indonesia / SURABAYA - Indonesia

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Works closely and effectively to support all the ordered tasks from Business Development Director
2. Represent the function of Business Development Director as a senior management team for Marketing division on site.
3. Training the New Marketing and Account Relation Officer.
4. Responsible on the Business Development Director's needs like personal trip, active agenda, presentation, details travel plans, compiling documents and reports.
5. Responsible to do selecting, interviewing and screening Marketing Team candidates.
6. Doing business trip travelling altogether with Business Development Director.
7. Manage and arrange the exhibition
8. Doing development actively and support all branding activities
9. Proactive in dealing and negotiating with third party
10. Represent the Business Development Director to the customers.
11. Provide update market information to the management

 

Requirements:

 

1.    3 – 5 years’ professional work experience

2.    Strong Leadership and negotiation skills

3.    Fluent in English is highly required

4.    Mandarin language skills would be beneficial

5.    Communication skills, high self-motivated and resourceful

6.    Ability to travel domestic and international

7.    Discipline and mature in thinking
