Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance in implementing quality assurance
- Develop quality management system
- Collaborate with production department to develop
- Evaluate incoming products, Create analysis on rejected products
- Design and implement quality assurance training program
- Coordinate site quality assurance functions, activities and metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Food Technology or Agricultural Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the ingredients of Food, Beverage, Bakery, Confectionary
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Organic inspection and audits and documentation control.
- Have a good analytical and leadership skill, able to work independent or in a team.
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literacy and administrative
- Fluency in English, speaking and writing.
- Highly motivated, able to work hard under pressure, possess initiative
