Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Japanese
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Requirements:
- Minimum GPA 3.25 of 4.00
- Has at least 3 up to 5 years’ experience in public accounting firm (ex-big four will be an advantage)
- Has good understanding about financial reporting process manually and using accounting system
- Has good understanding and knowledge about monthly and yearly accounting and tax report
- Has accounting or tax qualification will be an advantage
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal good communication and project management skills
- A team player who takes initiatives, is flexible, eager to learn, but also capable of taking independent decisions and good problem solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and having outstanding integrity
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering monthly and yearly basis of the Financial Statements (“FS”)
- Maintain all listing and supporting documents related to FS preparation
- Responsible for submission of monthly and yearly tax report
- Coordinate with all related divisions (Sales, Purchasing, Treasury, Inventory and any others) for monthly reconciliation process
- Responsible for the overall performance of tax and accounting division
- Guide the implementation process of the SOP of tax and accounting division
- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections
- Compile and evaluate the company budget and efficiency plans
