Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Handling day to day office management- e.g. company documentation, employee database, purchasing administration, attendee timekeeping, work permits, travel arrangements, customer database, customer services, etc.
- Taking care of office facility, office supplies, and relation to service providers.
- Ensure that service excellence is delivered to every customer.
- Produce detailed reports on financial matters.
- Managing events and training classes.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree (preferably in accounting/management/economic/business/marketing/secretary), fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Practical approach with "get things done" attitude.
- Great administration skill and detail oriented.
- Good personality working attitude, self-discipline and high integrity.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good Communication, initiative, confident and trustworthy.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Good leadership skill and strong team player.
- Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
