- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Tanggung Jawab :
- Mengembangkan business hotel berkaitan dengan pengembangan revenue, pasar, diversifikasi produk dan tool sales.
- Memastikan termonitor dan terevaluasi forecast, lead, event, bisnis tiap hari, minggu dan bulan.
- Memberikan jalan keluar bagi proses dan hasil penjualan, terutama bila tidak tercapai target.
- Memastikan strategi penjualan berjalan, termonitor, efektif dan efisien.
- Memastikan data base customer bertambah, terpelihara dan aman.
- Memastikan suasana kerja kondusif sehingga meningkatkan motivasi Sales team.
- Memastikan administratif sales executive rapi, lengkap, up to date, mampu telusur dan terkendali.
- Memastikan sinergi dengan team Marketing dan departemen lain.
- Mengembangkan kemampuan Sales & Marketing team.
