Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibility :

• Create and maintain an effective and efficient HR system
• Responsible for evaluate and develop HR management strategies
• Able to design, implement, and develop training programs that match the  company's vision and mission
• Conduct training activities, training and activities related to the development  of  skills, potential, mental, skills, and knowledges of employees
• Take disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations  or policies
• Perform an assessment of employee performance
• Evaluate company regulations

 

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law / Psychology, from reputable University
• Having experiences as HR Manager at least 5 years, preferably from    Logistics / Shipping Company
• Understanding labor law and able to overcome the problems of  industrial relations employment
• Able to work independently and with a disciplined team
• Strategic thinking, excellent in leadership skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat
• Able to join as soon as possible
