Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are currently looking for a Social Community Manager. The Community Manager is responsible for managing the day to day support to customers through all online platforms. You are a fit for this position if you are an empathetic writer with emphasis on providing top notch customer service! You are also very well versed in digital marketing & social media. Please see below for primary responsibility.
Day to day task & responsibilities :
- Responsible for online customer support-answering questions & comments when they come in via TripAdvisor, Google + and other review websites, etc
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Keep abreast of new company product and services
- Compile & print reports on overall customer satisfaction and isolate/identify areas needing improvement
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven customer support & service experience
- Very strong idiomatic English writing skills (ability to write empathetically is a must)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor Degree in English/Journalism/Communications/Marketing or other related field
- Experience in hospitality / Tourism
