Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Our Client is Electric Power Production Company, with a Large-Scale Power Plant located in Central Java.
- All positions above for placement in Jepara, Central Java. All position must proficient in English both written and spoken (minimal TOEIC score 450), as the position will have to interact in a multinational working environment in daily basis.
- Position overview: The Engineering Leader supports the Engineering Manager in being custodian of plant design and provides plant systems and technical specialist support.
- Developing of procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.
- Lead the team of plant engineers, in supporting the program in pursuit of plant long-term welfare.
- Development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects.
- Writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards.
- Resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidences.Support with the technical evaluations of tender submissions.
- Assisting with the development of feasibility studies including return on investment.
- Providing plant monitoring and evaluation support of life-cycle evaluation and surveillance services, and establishing processes collecting, storing and maintaining the Intellectual Property library effectively.
- Coaching and mentoring of engineering personnel in the development of skills for the effective plant management.
- Minimum requirements Bachelor Degree, majoring in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
- The Engineering Leader shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing engineering services with at least three (3) years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant, having a unit capacity of at least 300MW.
