If you are a finance and business management enthusiast with a strategic mindset and great people skills, we have the right opportunity for you. We’re looking for a talented Senior Finance Manager to join our international team, in a fast-moving and diverse business environment.
Your mission will be to help maintain the financial health of our organization by planning and supervising our financial operations and you will support Livit with specialist knowledge within Indonesian finance, legal and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise general accounting and bookkeeping.
- Ensure internal compliance with all financial regulations and standards for business activities in Indonesia as well as international tax regulations (for our expat team members).
- Supervise internal and external financial reporting (e.g. tax reporting).
- Coordinate our external communication and nurture working relationships with stakeholders such as relevant authorities, advisers, tax consultants.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
- Elaborate and supervise the implementation of internal financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Analyze financial performance vs. key business metrics.
- Lead the preparation of the company's budgeting and finance strategy.
- Oversee operations of the finance department and help set goals and objectives.
- Review and monitor budgets.
- Assist the rest of the team (both local and expatriate) in understanding regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in a financial management position in Indonesia, CFO and FC roles an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related Business Management field required.
- Working knowledge of Indonesian fiscal legislation and regulations.
- Good understanding of Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia, experience collaborating with BKPM a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- A highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Independent and self-driven.
- Impeccable work ethics and quality standards.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong work relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience leading and coaching teams is a big plus.
- Cross-cultural communication skills.
