Job Descriptions :

• Manage & maintain the store needed
• Lead the store crew team & develop their skills.
• Responsible for sales achievement.

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma all major
• Max. 35 years old
• At least 3 years of working experience in the retail industry, in the related position as Ast. Store SPV or Store SPV 
• Must be expert in handling 40-50 staff/crews in store 
• Good knowledge in store management
• Ready to work in shift schedule
• Ready to be mutate in every Miniso Store all around Indonesia, based on company needs
• Willing to be placed in Miniso Store East Java Area
