Job Desc:
- Work closely with the designated Managers and Administrators to accurately input and update valuations data received from Superiors from hand-written notes, documents and spreadsheets while adhering to stringent deadlines.
- Back up the Managerial Task.
- Giving the best and fastest reply to Head Quarter.
- Ensuring all projects / events are going well and on schedulled.
- Provide on-site support for Managers and Superiors.
- Work on project / event as directed by the Managers and Superiors.
- Report business activities to Superiors, and make recommendations for improvements to Superiors.
Qualifications :
- Candidates must be fluently writing and communicating in Mandarin and English.
- Maximum 28 years old.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to be able to communicate across different areas of the business
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh Graduate from reputable university are welcome.
- Having at least one (1) year of working experience.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office), with strong technical problem solving skills and the ability to learn new systems and enhancements to existing systems
- Proficiency in Excel, ability to manipulate data with knowledge and understanding of text functions and v-lookup
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team player yet be self-directed to work independently.
- Detail oriented, accurate, discreet, dependable, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain focus and concentration while performing highly detailed and sometimes repetitive activities.
- Interest and understanding of online streaming.
- Knowing Online – Games is an advantages
