Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the human resource department as supervisor HR in a company with at least 200 people or more.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources.
• Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration for expat, employee relations, training, and health and safety.
• Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
• Supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization
• Recruitment
• Able to do Personality Test
• Manage PPH 21
• Manage BPJS
• Making sure Company's rules & regulations comply with Indonesian labor law and align with Company's goal
• Managing General Affair in the Company which include but not limited in managing our general affair's staff such as office cleaners, messenger, driver, securities, etc.  
• Keeping Office assets and supplies in order
