Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a highly responsive candidate to fill up position of Secretary / Personal Assistant for President Director.  A highly pro-active, fast, smart and responsible individual is needed.  Your tasks will be as follow:

 

1.  Making sure all head of departments who report to Director submit their reports on-time

2. Assisting Director's task and following up in a timely manners.

3.  Helping out on General affairs and those errands.

4. Filing and documentation

5.  Able to speak up and representing director in legal, government related matters and commercial issue.

 

Candidates must possess these following skills:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
