Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Have a good communication & network with distributor(s)
- Planning and development area assigned each month / week.
- Develop sales strategy
- Ensuring selling out in the area can grow and focus on retail.
- Ensuring the development of area per segment per channel.
- Manage sales and availability / stock products throughout.
- Ensure that all areas of deployment is covered 100%.
- Ensure the sale and distribution of products to focus on areas supervised.
Job Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years
- Minimum Diploma, any fields
- Experience of at least 5 (five) years in Supervisory level on the same field at the FMCG company (Retail, Food & Beverage).
- Senior Salesman is considerable as long as have strong experience in East Java area, please mention and explain your experiences to be consider
- Have the knowledge and expertise to manage retail and General Trade Market
- Having knowledge about Channel / Segmentation Management
- Having the ability to sell, negotiating and presentation
- Having a good computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Willing to be placed, and preferably residing in the selected area: EAST JAVA
- Required to have a good knowledge of AREA SELECTED and master marketing in the area.
- Ready to join as soon as possible
Willing to be located in any area for further placement.
