Deskripsi Pekerjaan
In this role you will be handle for moderate until complexity daily planning task, syncronize to all operation in plant to maximize production planning and to implement MRP / ERP system to manage all production planning from end to end. You will also communicate with related department to make sure the resources is available.
Job Requirement :
- At least you are graduated with minimum diploma degree any major, preferable from engineering
- Minimum 6 years experienced in multi national company with strong background in planning
- Good exposure in BAAN system, ERP / MRP and microsoft office
- As planner you will have independent work and team work also higly organize.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen learner and positive working attitude and enjoying work in dynamic environment.
Job Description :
- Analysis raw material requirement for pending order and sales rolling forecast
- Checks properties of available raw materials and ensure conformance with product structure and specification.
- Specify forecasted raw materials requirement per material classification requirement
- Coordinates with concerned parties matters and issues related to availability and supply of raw materials
- Maintains and updates bill of materials per product for material planning
- Make sure that movement, transfers and consumption of raw materials are in accordance with the plan
- Allocates raw materials requirement of affected sections scheduling checklist for production shop floor.
- Monitors daily changes in the sales order, production output and shop floor schedules.
- Responsible for updating and / or generation of the following reports necessary for material planning :
- Material Requirements Plan
- Material Coverage / Status Report
- Material Days of Stock
- Materials Consumption Report
- Checks, monitors, prepares and follow-up purchase requisition of assigned raw materials taking into consideration the following :
- Standard and budgetary levels
- Proper lead-time and reorder quantity
- Ensure movement of raw materials from the point of purchase up to plant deliveries.
- Ensures timely and accurate receipt and issuance of raw materials requirement.
- Prepares and recommends contingency plans in case of potential raw material stock-out
