Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Performing a variety of administration & clerical job, data entries, book keepings, verification, voucher generate, tax calculation and reporting as well as reclassification & maintain supporting book for fullset of accounts & other tasks relate to accounting, financial & taxation.
- Ensure all transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, equity) being recorded consistently & accurately in accordance to Indonesia finansial accounting standard.
- Generate financial report (PL statement, Balance sheet) montly & yearly.
- Perform bank & supporting book reconciliation every month to ensure all financial records accurately presented & resolve all discrepancies to financial statement.
- Check, confirm & maintain company liability to the vendors/3rd parties as well as receivable to clients for payment & collection.
- Maintain fixed asset record & the depreciation schedule associated with financial statement.
- Maintain filling all accounting, finance & taxation data & information (vouchers, report, etc) systematically & well organized.
- Secures financial information by computing database backups & protects successful audit result and compliance.
- Responsible accuracy in the general ledger and financial statement & has ultimate authority over classification & booking of all transaction.
- Prepare & issued payment all operational costs & employee salary.
- Generate & report all corporate taxes to the tax office according to the associate reporting periode (VAT, WHT 21, 23, Final tax, etc).
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/CPA/CA/ACCA
- Minimum 10 years in Finance, Accounting, Tax & 5 years in head level
- Had experience and able to do bugdet/forecast preparation, managing TWC, financial reporting preparation, managing tax, managing month end closing and other financial reporting, accounting principal (GAAP/IFRS)
- Experience in develop & implement policy/processes
- Experience in handlin statutory auditor, include tax audit
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and ERP (SAP/Magnitude/Etc)
- Commercial awareness, analytical & problem solving, multitasking, ability to work with team/cross department as well as working with tight deadline, good in communication, selft-motivation & good attitude
