- Melakukan kegiatan dan tugas-tugas yang berguna untuk menunjang produktivitas kerja di pabrik berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia seperti rekrutmen, training, hubungan industrial, payroll serta pengelolaan data karyawan
- Berkoordinasi dan membina hubungan baik dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti dinas tenaga kerja, serikat buruh, serta warga sekitar dalam menunjang produksi yang optimal dan mengantisipasi permasalahan yang akan terjadi.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 segala jurusan dengan IPK Minimal 3.00
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang personalia dan umum sebagai supervisor minimal 5 tahun
- Lebih diutamakan bekerja di area pabrik makanan/minuman dan menangani minimal 350 karyawan
- Memiliki pengetahuan akan hukum ketenagakerjaan.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Area Bali akan lebih disukai
- Berpengalaman menangani serikat buruh dan mengurus perkara hingga ke pengadilan hubungan industrial
