Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist Project Manager to prepare project plan.
- Do research and desk study related to project for clients.
- Do implementation of programs using agreed method in projects.
- Assist Project Manager to solve problem related to projects.
- Maintain and execute activities related to project schedule.
- Build relation through intensive communication with clients related to client’s need and demand.
- Develop project report and project documentation.
- Develop and conduct presentations to clients.
- Communicating effectively with Project Managers and others Project Team Member.
- Writing white paper for publication.
The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Minimum S-2 Management or Engineering background
- Has experiences in Balanced ScoreCard and/or Business Process implementation and/or Human Resources Management is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Strong drive for continuous learning
- Self-initiative, motivated, strong team player, and willing to travel
- Target oriented and able to work under deadline
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Computer literacy and good command of English.
