MARKETING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER in PT. COSMAX INDONESIA,
You will work in friendly and challenging atmosphere, You will be meet new person and will be explained about our business ( maklon cosmetics industry ). You will be help other company to develop their products through PT. Cosmax Indonesia. You will be work by the team also independently. Also you have to know the best cosmetics will be booming at Indonesia nowadays. There could've been no such cosmetics like TheFaceshop, Nature republic, Etude, etc (you name it) without collaboration with COSMAX. PT.Cosmax Indonesia is creating the new history of Indonesian cosmetics industry by developing and manufacturing cosmetics for local and international partners.
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Assist Manager to produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products on market research
- Collect and gather information from both existing and new client regarding cosmetics that they will be need .
- Estimate and ensure of price of new product.
- Assist Manager in preparing documents in accordance with SOP required for new product development.
- Monitoring new product launching based on scheduling
- Follow up and cooperation with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistik Team, Production Team, PPIC Team.
- Building and develop relation with new clients or existing clients
- Reach the marketing target
THIS IS THE QUALIFICATION FOR SUCCESS WITH US :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Negotiation, English Communication, Product Development, New Product Development
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia,
- LOVING COSMETICS INDUSTRIES & COSMETIC IT SELF, ALSO ALWAYS USING COSMETICS DAILY
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (Cosmetic, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, etc.) is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SOUTH JAKARTA ( TB. SIMATUPANG )
However, it would be required to travel intercity, interstate or internationally. - Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales-Corporate, NPD(new product development), B2B marketing, Key account management or equivalent
