Deskripsi Pekerjaan
URGENTLY REQUIRED
- Checking Import document such MBL/HBL and inward manifest.
- Follow up Pre-alert from origin.
- Checking arrival notice to the carrier and mandatory to send it to the consignee.
- Input data to the system.
- Able to communication with overseas offices, carriers, vendors and customers.
- Familiar E-Vat to the customers / overseas and payment to 3rd party.
Requirements :
- Max 30 Years old
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (oral & Written)
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with multinational forwarder
- Good Personality, Discipline, hardworking, honest and able to work as team.
- Preferably able to join within 2 weeks notice.
