Qualification
- Currently in the same position or at least 3 years in a leading advertising agency or in an FMCG.
- S1 degree preferably from Mass Communications, Marketing or related field
- 3 years experience in the same position in a leading advertising agency.
- Develop integrated digital/ social media strategy across platforms.
- Translate consumer insights & competitive learning's into best practices and further translating them to strategies.
- Constantly monitoring consumer trends across categories and advising clients on the same.
- Educate and handhold the Account management team and clients on digital learning.
- Understanding of each platform (FB, IG, Twitter etc.) roles and devising micro strategies for each of them.
- Participate in brain storming sessions and giving ideas.
- Keep oneself up-to-date on new tools and their applications that drive the development of strategy and insight
- Design delivery/presentation for collected data and findings
- Passionate about applying cutting edge qualitative methodology to the development of insight
