Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This position will be responsible for all inventory, accounting functions of the Manufacturing (Commissary), Warehousing & Distribution centre (CP-22, Dc-70 & 3PL).
Reporting to GM – SCM & Commissary (Dotted line to corporate finance)
Place of work will be Domino’s Commissary in Jababeka 5, Cikarang.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing inventory analysis reports and analysing variances (At Company operated and third party warehouse & Distribution centres).
- Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory.
- Verifying accurate standard costs on monthly basis (SAP).
- Monitoring inventory transactions (Daily SAP Administration of Goods Received, Goods Issues, and Sales returns reconciliation).
- Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger.
- Preparing monthly journal entries as needed, and ensure timely financial closing.
- Prepare and present monthly P&L for the Commissary.
- Prepare and present Annual Budget for the departments, and be able to monitor and highlight deviations on a monthly basis towards correction of the abnormalities.
The successful candidate possesses:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a Cost Accountant.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- An understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Is flexible and able to work as part of a large team.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Power Point is a must.
- Spoken and written English Proficiency is a must.
- Exposure to Manufacturing or Distribution centre experience is a big plus.
