Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are seeking for ;

 

SALES STAFF FOR PRODUCT AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

 

with qualifications and job description as follows,

Candidates must have the following abilities :

• Ability to work in full compliance with Ebara CSR policies and appropriate business ethics.
• At least 5 year-long working experience in the related field   
• Posses at least  bachelor degree ( S1) or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering 
• Having willingness to work for a long period of time
• Ability to work under an international and diverse environment. Having experience to work for an international manufacturing companieswill be most welcome.
• Ability to use IT tools such as Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (both verbally and in writting)
• Having a good interpersonal communication skill to establish relationship both internally and externally, and especially be good at listening to customers.
• Having an ambitious character to learn and practise anything new, and being humble about own existing knowledge.
• Have a willingness to travel all over Indonesia for promotion of sales.
• Preferably having comprehensive sales work experiences for industries such as Oil & Gas, Power and Chemical.
• Preferably having technical knowlegde for rotating equipment.

Job description is as follows ;

• Achieve annual target orders, sales and profits for customers in accordance with Ebara Business Plan.
• Regularly visit customers to proactively gather customer's new requirements and information about projects for services and products by providing technical/trouble-shooting whenever required.
• Prepare for proposals in accordance with requirements of customers by coordinating with internal engineering departements.
• regularly monitor progress, situation and actions for prospective projects in order to bring projects ahead.
• Cooperate with engineering departments and finalize technical specifications and scope of works/supply as per customer's requirements in order to satisfy customer's requirements.
• Review commercial terms and conditions and negotiate to come to agreement.
• Monitor progress of order execution to comply with contract duties and ensure payment receipts for project closures.
• Explore and develop relationships with new customers/distributors/sales agent wherever required and coordinate vendor registrations, workshop assesments and sales agent contracts.
• Take sales/product training programs and lectures to build up sales knowlegde.
• Closely collaborate with members of Ebara JApan and Ebara Global subsidiaries to provide optimized proposals on basis of Ebara global supply networks.
