Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
- Membuat schedule perawatan mesin.
- Membuat berita acara bilamana schedule perawatan mesin tidak sesuai.
- Menjalankan seluruh aktifitas pipa maintenance yang meliputi kegiatan perawatan mesin.
- Membuat analisa kerusakan mesin produksi.
- Perencanaan kebutuhan spare part.
- Mengusulkan stock spare part
- Pengelolaan project mesin / utility ( project T & D )
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 mechanic atau electro.
- Min. 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai supervisor maintenance
- Pengalaman di perusahaan manufacturing TPM, SGA, Autonomus Mtc diutamakan
- Memahami teknik perawatan mesin
- Mengetahui elemen mesin, hydrolik, pneumatik, compressor, genset dan electric
- Memahami ISO 9001
- Product & Proses knowledge
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Karawang/lemah Abang
