Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We will start our new department on November 2018, to strengthen being "Japan Travel Agent number 1". We plan to increase the project who related to Japan.

We will conduct training of product knowledge for increase knowledge to whole staff, also to promote and develop our interesting products.

Besides, we will expand our new business channel such as business commission (voucher and quote), also selling sponsorship advertisment.

 

Job Description:

• Involved to meeting or FAM trip who will be held by Japan government (tourism committee, etc) and Japan company.
• Arrange sponsorship promotion ads (adjust to each unit).
• Product Development (Allowed beyond travel product).
• Create training (with target).

 

Job Requirements:

• Have working experience in travel  company at least 2 years and willing to work above 1 year after join.
• Good knowledge and understand to H.I.S.Corporate philosophy, DNA・Service Standard.
• Good knowledge in Japan business manner .
• Proficiency in Nihongo (Min. N2) or have another specific skill.
• Have experience as Supervisor or equal.
• Cheerful and friendly personality
• Healthy as physically
• Interested to Japan and Japan culture
• Bachelor Degree

 

Preferred :

• Have experience in Japanese Market
• Have experience managing WEB/SNS
• Strong in negotiation skill to external supplier
