Deskripsi Pekerjaan
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Conduct research, analysis, feasibility study, and valuation for potential investment opportunities, including M&A and prepare written recomendations
- Develop comprehensive valuation and financial models
- Coordinate pre and post-acquisitions due diligence process with respective parties and advisors for M&A activities
- Conduct research and analysis on industries trends, costings or any other issues that have possible impacts on for existing business activities for monthly performance management reports, and benchmarking valuation against peers
- Assist in investor relations activities such as analyst briefings, report and etc
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 3 years related relevant experience in investment analysis/corporate finance/credit analysis/portfolio management/risk management in an secuirities company/investment banking/corporate banking/investment management/consulting firm/public listed company/appraisal company
- Excellent knowledge in finance, investment analysis, and valuation
- Strong financial modeling skills and high proficiency in using microsoft powerpoint
- Possess WPEE/WMI, passed CFA/FRM level 1 and other related professional certifications will be a definite advantage
- Knowledge of Indonesia Infrastructure industry and associated regulations will be a definite advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English
