Deskripsi Pekerjaan
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage a team of Area Coordinator in developing a highly effective dealer network, make sales forecast, pursue key prospects, absorb potential market, construct appropriate terms of sales and assisting dealers in implement sales program ; evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume with objective to achieve Hino sales target within an assigned territory in compliance with management policy.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Min. bachelor degree any major
- Min. 5 years experiences proven track record in leading sales team
- Having experience in managing sales channel
- High analytical thinking and persistent
- Good leadership skill
- Fluent in English is a must
- Willing to travel
