Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description :
- Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
- Consult with management, vendors, personnel in other departements or construction team to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Confer with engineers, architects, management, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
- Preparing of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
- Review BQ quantity B.Q form contractors
- Identify and review price cost.
- Making price cost evaluation.
- Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
- Familiar with budgeting and costing, invoicing procedure, tax regulation, contract understanding and cost controlling.
- Able to make and read RAB & RAP
- Required skill : Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCad.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in property
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or QS.
- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position .
- Preferable someone who have exposure in high rise buildings with mixed used developments.
- 1 full – time position (s) available
- Good conversation in English.
- Willing to be placed at South Tangerang area/Alam Sutera
