Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Able to work under pressure, able to work with tight deadlines, self-motivated
- Good Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, basic IF formula) is a must
- Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company
- Attention to detail
Job Description:
- The objective of the Research is to do coding of the data so that it can bring out the information needed for analysis. He or she is expected to be able to understand the data and convert it into understandable information based on categories, topics, messages, and/or tone.
- Accurately coding to ensure data validity
- Timely submission of coding (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Able to cooperate with other coders in doing coding jobs
- Proactive communication with analysts and managers to ensure the data is coded as required
