Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling Guest / Visitors, including answering visitor's enquiries about the company and it's products or services, directing visitors to their destinations
- Answering incoming calls on multiline telephones
- Filling, records keeping, data entry for incoming and outgoing letter
- Support job for HR and GA ( Support activities for Training, Recruitmend and GA )
- Humble, communicative, outgoing, good looking and could do various jobs simultaneously
Requirement :
- Age between 22 - 25 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Computer literate (MS. Office), having good correspondence and administration skill.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Industri (KIIC) Karawang.
- Preferable experience 1 year as Receptionist or Front Office (Administration staff would be advantage).
- Knowledge of front office and office administration management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and service.
