Role Summary & Responsibility :
• To ensure that all Distributor Services related duties, such as order processing, resolve inquiries from Distributors and various application processing can be handled smoothly with smile, accuracy, speed, efficiency and professional service attitude while keeping the Company’s policies and procedures in place.
Requirements :
• University degree or D3 graduates
• Good English skill and excellent local language
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
• Honest, as involves hard cash and credit card information
• Ability to provide superb customer services and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines
• Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
• Good computer literacy (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
• Well groom and manner
• Required to travel on an as needed basis
