Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide management with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the company’s portfolio of business.
- Coordinate, prepare the consolidated budgets, latest forecast and latest outlooks.
- Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the company accounting consolidation, closing process and treasury operations through analytical review and trend analysis.
- Provide management the company consolidated financial performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trend, resulting Implications, key actions and strategic implications.
- Maintain management reports to the group.
- Partner with accounting, treasury and tax as appropriate.
- Monitor costs on a monthly basis through monthly closing and forecasting cycle.
- Develop, review finance business process and adapt internal control and procedures (SOPs).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Strong financial knowledge, Accounting, and Reporting
- Stong analytical skills
- Strong team player and pro-active attitude
- Open-minded and critical mind
- Required language(s): English
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SAP
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
