Project Coordinator:
Job purpose
The main goal of Project Coordinator is to make sure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progresses and timely communicating its status to management and delivery team, as well as making sure that all team member communicates with each other
Duties:
- Keep Management informed with timely and accurate reports and status updates
- Create and maintain project documents
- Project task tracking
- Project status reporting
- Ensure the availability of all resources required for job completion within the given time frame
- Ensure the project follows company’s business process/ company’s standard
- Complete the Project on-time & on-schedule as contracted
- Maintain Customer relationship in related customer of each project
- Coordinate with Customer to start on site (getting site access permission, Waspang information, etc)
- Indentify and manage Project risk
- Maintain budget efficiently for project deliveries
Job specification:
- Bachelor degree from any kind of discipline
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator for at least 3 years
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery
- Strong client facing & teamwork skills
- Strong in time management
