As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, decision making, organizing, controlling associated with KPI and SLA achieve organizational goals efficiently and effectively.

Our client is one of the fastest growing logistics company in Southeast Asia. As part of their objectives and growth plans, they are looking for the right talent to join their dynamic team to expand their business in Indonesia as Operations Manager.
Description
- Monitoring and ensuring all operational activities are in accordance with SOP
- Making innovations for the developing company, running improvement program initiatives, and doing internal analysis
- Monitoring cost and expense operation
- Monitoring manpower needs and conducting safety riding training for staff.
- Reporting to headquarter company regularly
- Doing the coordination, supervision and control unit underneath
- Making coordination with other supporting units internally and externally
- Establishing communication and good relationship with vendors and customers
Profile
- Hold minimum bachelor degree
- Have working experience as Operation Manager in Logistic or Express industry
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operation management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff and major project initiative
- Have excellent decision-making skills
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiative
