Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Our client, a P2P lending Unicorn Fintech focusing on the micro businesses segment, is on a search for Head of Risk and Credit Policy to be a leader of the risk team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be performing a data-driven Risk analysis, build the risk and credit policy framework, as well as implementing the best practice of risk awareness implementation.

Description

• Leading the Risk and Credit Policy team of 3 analyst based in Jakarta, this position main responsibilities including:
• Build and design the Risk and Credit Policy framework
• Identify KRI, develop the risk and credit policies development, and evaluate the risk performance based on data
• Establish the best practice of risk management strategy, sharing knowledge and activities
• Develop ideas and design the firm's financial service products from the risk analysis perspective
• Assessing MIS and scoring analysis
• Ensure that the implementation of all the firm's activities comply to the risk and compliance guidelines
• Support and give recommendation to CEO in identifying threats and opportunities to grow and expand the business
• Coordinate all the risk and credit policy stake holders

Profile

 

Our client is looking for a high calibre individual with solid Banking or other Financial Providers experience (Risk and Credit Policy role) and passion in Fintech business. Requirements including:

• 4-6 years of experience in Credit Risk, Scoring, Policy in reputable Financial Services firm
• Tier-1 University only
• Hands-on in building and designing Risk management best practice, track record in building Risk and Credit Policy framework from scratch will be an advantage
• Data driven person, strong analytical skill and proficiency in data analytical tools
• Capacity to perform strategic thinking in terms of expanding and accelerating business growth
• Leadership skills, strong management performance, self-driven
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Tech savvy, passionate in Fintech business
• Have a social motivation, vision to empower micro-businesses, increase the quality of welfare, make impact for society
