Description

 

Account manager is responsible in developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives. Other responsibilities include:

• Be the point of contact for all account management matters
• Assist and guide partners in understanding company's products
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
• Negotiate and sign deals
• Develop new business with existing clients by identifying areas of improvement
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within industry

Profile

 

The Account Manager role requires talents with strong account management and client relationship experience. To seize this opportunity, you should be/have:

• At least 3 years of experience as account manager, key account manager, business development within B2B sector
• Bachelor Degree with relevant major qualification
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
