Managing 15 - 20 subordinates across the operation function

 

Working along with the technology and operation team to analyze and identify problems

Description

• Lead the operation division and heading up back offices functions including: verification, order processing, customer services and collection

• Working together with management team to continuously review and optimize processes through development of SOPs, operational policy and or backend processing system development

• Partner with the Tech and Operation team to work on the core consumer loan business by using data analysis approach to identify problem & improvement opportunities, gain understanding on the root cause & action points, provide recommendation for improvement on current product / experiment needed to gain a better and more accurate insight

• Partner with Credit Committee, Data and Tech team to improve verification and credit scoring process to improve verification capacity while maintaining targeted NPL level

• Lead and monitor verification / order processing/ customer services and collection functions to ensure the achievement of KPI & SLA and ensure compliance with company's SOPs and Operational Policy

• Reports to the CEO, will be managing 15-20 people (Customer service, Order Processing, Verification Analyst, Collection)

Profile

• Min 2 years Managerial Position Experience in Financial Service Industry (Retail Banking / Multifinance) AND/OR 2 years' experience in Operational Consulting Role

• Prior working experience in a Fintech Company is a plus

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics - strong ability to set clear measurable objectives and propose improvement initiative

• Customer focus oriented

• Strong Teamwork -with outstanding communication and people skills

• Previous level manager to senior manager

• Risk, collection and business improvement background
