Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description :
- Formulating & implementing sales and busniess strategic to achieve budgeting sales target
- Lead, control & monitoring all Sales Engineer to meet their job requirement
- Approach & maintain good relationship with strategic alliances, partner and clients
- Developing, grow key accounts, looking for new projects and increase sales
- Preparing sales quatationin technical & commercial aspects
- Provide technical backup, customer presentation & travelling to remote customer where necessary and making report to management regularly
- Provide periodic report to management
Requirement:
- S1 Degree in Engineer major
- Aged 35-45 years old
- At least 5-7 seven years of experiences in Sales Manager position
- Familiar of various valve products and familiar dealing with EPC/ contractor
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- High motivated and have good conduct of behaviour
- Able to work in a team, strong leadership, interpersonal and have management skill
