The establishment virtue of Notary Deed No.173 year of 1992, approval of Ministry of Justice dated December 7, 1992 No.02-9937.HT.01.04 -TH.92 and business license from the Minister of Finance No.56/KMK.017/1993 dated January 12, 1993.
Currently, the company’s business focused on the automobile financing activities through the Investment financing, Working Capital Financing, Multi Purpose Financing, and/or Other Business activity of financing based on approval of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and Operating lease and/or fee based activity with the provision that it does not violate the rules and regulations in the financial services sector.
From year on year, Mitsui Leasing performance has increased both in total revenue and net income. Mitsui Leasing asset also increased over time. Quite convincing business development of Mitsui Leasing can be seen on the annual report profile.
