Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- To plan & execute the right logistics in a cost effective manner to drive footfall to the events, negotiating contract with venue providers and contractors
- Events Management – Plan activities to draw visitors, improve visitors’ experience & retention at the event, secure seminar speakers, plan & coordinate events logistics including setup, liaise with venues on setup requirements
- Prepare exhibitors’ manual / handbook
- Cost Management – negotiations and monitor spending
- Work with & manage vendors to ensure flawless execution of events
- Provide support to Sales team on customers’ enquiry on expo basics
- Prepare post event report
- Work with designer team to prepare & create on-ground creative
- Liaise with customers’ operational staff on events logistics
- Check & submit suppliers’ invoices for approval and payment
- Develop deep understanding of customers’ and visitors’ behavior and needs
Requirements:
- A minimum of Diploma in Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, Project Management or related field
- Fluent in Englist is a must
- Strong communications skills
- Good computer skills - MS Office
- Good presentation skills
- Good Analytical skills
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent time management
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong team player
- Willing to travel to meet clients and attend events
