- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales (Barang teknik, bahan bangunan, diesel, mesin-mesin lebih disukai)
- Memiliki jaringan yang luas dan mampu menjaga relasi yang baik dengan customer
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Mengerti bahasa asing (Tio Chiu, Khek, Hokia atau Hakka)
- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan mempunyai SIM C
- Lebih disukai dapat menyetir dan memiliki SIM A
- Sehat Rohani dan Jasmani
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota

- Melakukan kunjungan ke pelanggan secara rutin
- Mencari dan menjalin kerjasama sama dengan pelanggan baru
