Persyaratan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any major (preferably Psychology or Human Resources Management)
- Experienced min. 5 years in similar position
- Certified Talent Management Strategy
- Certified Asessor Assessment Center
- Demonstrate GRIT (Guts, Resilience, Initiative, Tenacity)
- Leader as effective coach i empowering team
- Demonstrate professional abilities in dealing with confidential information and situations
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent communication and interpersonall skills, verbal, and written communication
- Possess strong process improvement, accountability, technical credibility, creative problem solving and continual learning
- Excellence in working well with people, in a team environment and to function in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints and within established deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Developing Talent Management System and implementation
- Setting up development program
- Actively lead in design and delivery of an ongoing performance management
- Identifying best practice to manage talent initiatives effectively
- Design, evaluate, monitor effectiveness talent management & organizational change programs
- Developing HR Policies and SOP
