Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with major in Civil Engineering from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- At least 10 year(s) working experience at Ready mix concrete industry
- Good skill and knowledge about material quality standard, production, ready mixed and management
- Have an excellent Leadership and Coaching & Development skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English
- Good attention to detail, Initiative, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
- Have a Tenacity, open communication & good decision making
- Costumer focus & Safety Orientation
- Excellent to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
