Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Welcome and provide supports to visitors in a professional manner (English: managing access cards, arranging ground transportation)
- Responsible to answer / forward any incoming phone calls
- Manage meeting room availability and coordinate reservations for interview or external meeting (including arrange catering for external meeting)
- Coordinate 1-year support, including receiving, sorting, and organizing the incoming package, and distribute to related department
- Responsible for other administration task, such as filing documents & daily report
- Ensure cleanliness in office area (coordinate with Office Cleaners)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma degree from any major background.
- 1 year relevant experience.
- Have a basic competency on Ms.Office (Ms.Word & Ms.Excel)
- Ability to communicate in english is a plus
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good phone etiquettes with positive attitude
