Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop Engineering Database of Tanamera coffee machine assets based in customer locations
- Plan and execute maintenance routines for weekly and monthly visits
- Manage self and barista(s) for schedules to visit customer
- Set up Emergency Call Out procedures
- Learn to program and set up all coffee machines, grinders, and associated coffee equipment
- Faultfinding on coffee machine assets (Electrical, Electronic, Pneumatic, Temperature, Flow, Pressure)
- Produce Spares Parts Lists for machine inventory, manage spares stocks
- Oversee all Service & Support and report to Management
- Develop and Manage, Vendor Database for all machines
- Set up all maintenance routines for asset management, inspection, cleaning and maintenance
- Develop full Technician Team, able to market services for 3rd party contracts
- Work on refurbishment and testing procedures for machine assets
- Logging of all reports into CRM
- Implement timely reporting to Management
- In charge of invoicing for callout and service works (field tickets)
ESSENTIAL:
- Strong Engineering background in machinery and equipment
- Ability to manage and develop people/vendors and setting the necessary tasks and targets
- Good reporting skills to management
- Positive attitude; proactive, self-motivated and determined to succeed
- Enthusiastic, confident and hard-working with ability to multitask
- Ability to plan and prioritize objectives with strong planning and organizational skills
- Competent with Microsoft office suite; Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Disciplined with the ability to adhere to deadlines
- Effective communicator at all levels
- High standards of personal administration and time management
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Willing to take on a varying range of duties
- Good communication skills both written and verbal Bahasa and English
- Coffee knowledge would a benefit (full coffee training will be provided by Tanamera)

Since joining Tanamera Coffee mid-2014, our exceptionally talented head roaster, Mr. John Lee, has worked tirelessly to source the finest, most delicious and responsibly sourced Arabica beans available in Indonesia. John then meticulously adjust the roasting profile for each Tanamera Coffee, to bring out all the delicate flavours, notes and aromas that are characteristic to each variety, processing method and origin.
