Deskripsi Pekerjaan

 

 

 

 

Brief Job Description: The incumbent would be responsible for the manufacturing and Industrial engineering functions for boiler manufacturing set up at Indonesia by partnering along with the cross functional teams.

Major Responsibilities:

 

1. Standard Manhour Estimation from engineering Fabrication drawings for various Oil and gas components like Pressure Vessel, Super Heater, Economizer, MPA, Pressure part, Panels, Door, smoke chamber, structures, chimney etc..)
2. Routing in ERP system for Projects work. Working Knowledge of ERP system is must.
3. Provide Std. Manhours (SMH) for all new Enquiries from Proposal Engineering.
4. Work closely in cross functional team with Proposal, Shops, Engineering, Planning, & QC.
5. Conducting & updating time studies for Manufacturing processes, analysis of work samples, and developing methods of measuring work performance.
6. Study engineering drawings and identify tooling, jigs/fixture requirement, Design/ Mfg. and deliver same to shop.
7. Prepare and Issue Process Instruction Sheet (PIS) / Flow process Charts (FPC)/ Process manuals. For Manufacturing Shops & Vendors.
8. Process Improvement through Idea generation to reduce Non Value added activities activities & New Technology for manufacturing processes.
9. Access manufacturing feasibility for FOAK Job & New product Development.
10. Initiation and execution of Capital investment Proposals

Critical Competencies of the job:

1. Must be resourceful, a fast learner, Self-driven, self-motivated and independent.
2. Ability to read Fabrication Drawing of pressure vessel and Bi drums. (I.e. Heavy fabrication)
3. Thorough knowledge of Industrial engineering activity, work measurement techniques, Manufacturing processes such as Fabrication & Machining work.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP- Oracle system.
5. A Team player with proven ability to network and work in crosses functional & divisional teams.
6. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kanban, 5S, Six Sigma Methodology, Process Improvement
7. Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
8. Ability to convince to Union ,ER & shop Industrial engineering norms and calculations.

 

 

 

 

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
