Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor or Master Degree any Major
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in training and development function.
- Required Skill(s): • Good training development & facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Point and Able to develop training modul.
- Experience to deliver training in classroom.
- Preferably having experience in Customer Service area or Customer Service Trainer
Job Description :
- Develop program by analyzing their training needs, implementing training programs with regards of organization development required; in order to achieve revenue growth targeted, exceptional customer satisfaction and quality of their function accordingly which in line with Country Training Plan
- To provide a professional quality proactive training and performance management system by implementing corporate, regional and country training activities and management development initiatives directed at building effective, well-trained and motivated teams
- To ensure the development of HR practices as well as learning development in line with corporate objective and benchmarking for success company
- To ensure the talent management system / succession planning developed and implemented in order to have organizational growth as well as employee growth
