- Memastikan operator bekerja sesuai WI dan Cycle Time standard
- Mengontrol target produksi dan Kualitas produksi
- Melakukan pembagian operator sesuai schedule produksi dengan tepat
- Mengontrol system 5S area produksi
- Memeriksa & menandatangani hasil pengisian laporan produksi operator

- Usia 20 -35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMK
- Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Leader 2nd Process
- Mengetahui proses hot stamping dan printing
