Persyaratan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any studies major.
- At least more than 3 years’ experience in a digital agency
- Basic knowledge about Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated knowledge about the business applications of social media platforms.
- Understanding many types of writing. Including breaking news, copywriting, press release, creative writing, etc.
- A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client
- Strong and solid experience in handling content & campaign management
- A Highly self-motivated person, good initiative, good communication skill, able to work in a team.
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, energetic, dynamic & creative.
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
- The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
- Have knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry would be an advantage
- Having basic design and layout skills are preferred.
Job Description:
- Developing content and campaign strategy and management
- Reviewing each campaign to create new improvement
- Managing and supervising content & promotion team
- Working with the client to establish their aims and objectives
- Analyze the existing digital projects to bring new creative ideas
- Developing, managing and analyzing research projects
- Working with colleagues to develop ideas for a project
- Briefing the creative team, allowing them to create an effective and well-targeted proposition for the client
- Presenting ideas and conclusions to the client
- Monitoring the success of the project as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary
- Analyzing the results.
