Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

• Manage and respond incoming calls and email/chat regarding payments, orders product, product problems, service and any general question concerns
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
• Monitor and follow up customer orders through Customer Service work processes and systems on day to day
• Providing solutions to inquiries/problems

Persyaratan

Requirements :

• Have min. 2 years experiences in the same position
• Male/Female, Max 30 years old
• Excellent interpersonal skill & communication Skill
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Required skills : microsoft office, good communication skill, internet, customer oriented
• Fast learner, highly self motivated, proactive, problem solving
